Pricing for short-term customers was always a time consuming effort as the pricing manager had to collate data from multiple sources to PENNY

Based on the research data, we have created the Experience Map to figure out the challenges on each stage of the application. Creating Experience Map helped me to present the user challenges and expectations to senior stakeholders.

Outcomes & conclusion
This project provided a lot of experience in how to conduct research with the inhouse users and in corporate sector. It also gave an immense experience of working on SaaS project. As it was an ongoing project, we continued taking feedback from users and did necessary enhancement to the product.
