Overview
In the fast-moving world of cloud kitchens, efficiency is the key ingredient for success. By crafting an intuitive dashboard for kitchen staff, optimizing the customer ordering experience, and integrating real-time inventory tracking, we eliminated friction points and enhanced operational flow.
The task was to develop a website for cloud kitchen for increase customer visibility and sales efficiency
Challenges
The key challenges that was to be addressed are:
Due to multiple vendors coming up with food store, KPB was getting less visibility in the online space, as they did not have online presence except marketplace
Efficient delivery is crucial for cloud kitchens. So they wanted to eliminate challenges like manual order processing which is time consuming, delayed deliveries and dependency on third party delivery service
Profit percentage share with marketplace was affecting the overall revenue of the store
Solution
Redefine the brand presence with end-to-end digitization of order processing via their own custom website & app. Also creating a backend dashboard to track their business details along with integration of POS of marketplace in one place. The proposed solution was achieved in multiple stages through various services.

In-depth research with their existing customers and did SWOT analysis along with their competitors to figure out which areas need UX focus

Created two Journey maps, one was to figure out the customer acquisition journey which includes the sales funnel
The other was at the user level, the different tasks they will be performing at each phase.
